Humour played a significant role throughout the NTU Ministerial Forum last night, even as Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong discussed serious issues with a 1000-strong audience at the Nanyang Auditorium.
SM Goh is no stranger in this forum. He spoke to NTU students back in 1986 and 1996 as First Deputy Prime Minister and Prime Minister respectively.
